I am trying to freshen up my team recognition and incentives for 2012. I have several people interested in promoting and working toward it. I want to give that extra push... ideas?
 
I am also looking for a new recognition program that is simple. My Director (Sr. Exe Dir.) does not do really anything except applause at her meetings. I really try to not do too much so that others can see that being a Director is not expensive. Thoughts?
 
Just read Colleen's post from September and how she does not go anything but applause just like my Director! I have been doing Popcorn if they have blue dots on the calendar, Orbitz gum if they have sales over $1,000 for sales in the "Orbitz". $5 Starbucks cards for those that include me on a recruiting call....
I would like to promote Directors, so this year am looking for ways to focus here.
