Wow!

I had my first show today (My Grand Opening--Open House) today. I think I did 'OK' but I feel like I forgot so much. I even forgot to give out my goodie bags :(.

I hope I can really do this...y'all make it look so easy......

See I don't even consider myself one of you yet!!!

You ARE one of us! I still forget things after a year. That is what is so wonderful about this business - it is yours and does not matter. Plus, forgetting stuff shows others that anyone can do this job b/c after all we are not perfect just pampered!

How were your sales? Did you get any bookings?

Open Houses are always nerve racking to me! I did one with the last change over but did not get to do one for this one b/c I had shows booked the weekend I wanted to do one.

Don'tfeel that way.....we have all started at the beginning....right? I am STILL working it out after a year....it takes time, don't get down about it.....

The goodie bags you forgot to give out would be a GREAT chance to call your guests and ask if you could drop by with a Thank You gift and get some feedback and maybe some bookings to boot?

Don't think of it as a bad thing, it is a GOOD thing, it opens you up to a "warm call" A call that is warranted...and WHO doesn't like goodies? I know I do.....

My first show was an open house as well at my home, it went for 2 1/2 hours....LOL....it was sooooo long, I was soooo slow and I was mortified....one of my "friends" in the group who knows the products well kept quizzing me during the show....although it was annoying, it was VERY helpful....LOL...

AND you are just like us.....A Pampered Chef Consultant.....;)

So don't worry, just move forward with enthusiasm.....you'll do great.....and this place is a GREAT place full of GREAT consultants and directors to help you out.....

Much success to you.....:)
