I absolutely love the mini-catalog, but I'm not really sure how to use it. Any suggestions?

What do you set up for a stop and shop? I didn't really think it is possible.

I am just going to set out a bunch of products and I also am going to make some of the cinnamon rolls and the caramel rolls for people to try.

when are these available? I couldn't find them on the order form and I'm getting ready to place my order for supplies for the bazaar/open house I'm hosting next month and want to have some available.... I'm going to set up some of the examples in the catalog as gift ideas on my table along with the batter bowl recipe gift ideas!

I think that I am going to mail them out to past hosts or people that have been big spenders etc. with my October Newletter and also give them so much off if they book with in the next 30 days and so much less for 60 days or whatever

They are available now...they went available October 1st...They are not on the regular order form...if you order them from Pampered Partner or P3 you need to make sure that it is dated October.

I heard a great idea at a recent cluster meeting.

Use the Holiday and/or mini catalogs as invitations. Mailing label on the back; show info label on one of the inside pages!

I'm organizing a vendor holiday bazaar at a local grange. I've invited 10 other vendors. Though I'm advertising the event, I'm personally sending the minis as invites. Many might not come to an open house, but I'm sure they would come to a local bazaar. I'm very excited. My bazaar is scheduled for November, before I new this was the sell-a-thon month. I will also have the minis as business cards at the bazaar.

how many are you ordering?

I'm ordering 75. I ordered this amount for spring. I mailed to my premiere past host and had them for a summer fair. I was left with enough to keep in my purse to hand out. It was the perfect number. Funny you asked. I was just placing an order today. 75 is my number.

I ordered 200 of them...I might be kicking myself because I have a feeling that I will have extras but I will try.

If you don't want to feel you wasted your money make a goal for yourself. After you have mailed out, whatever is left, figure out how many per day you need to share with contacts.

RATS I forgot!!I just got my supply order today and realized I forgot to order my mini catalogs for a holiday bazaar on 10-20-07. I know I still have time but I could kick myself! I was hoping to have everything ready for the bazaar by this weekend!! I'm an organized junkie! :p Oh well!

My day has been great today! So even though I am frustrated about my mistake, I am happy about booking two shows today!! I love those reminders from HO about expiring host discounts! It got me on the phone and I booked two shows. Maybe a third from a friend of one of them.

I am excited about the holiday bazaar coming up. I am going to pass out these flyers I made with the upcoming specials on them. Please feel free to use them if you want. I want to get everyone thinking about Christmas! Early shopping is what everyone wants to do, and this is the perfect opportunity to do it. I am hoping to get as many bookings as I can for November. And a couple for December.

Debbie :D

Since I am so new, there are lots I am still learning & figuring out! How do you give someone 20% off - does it come out of your PC account? How do you ring it up/place the order?

When totalling their order, take 20% off. Then, in P3 (software to transmit shows/orders) add a payment for them, and then add a second payment for the balance remaining as "consultant gift" so it shows up and you can claim it on your taxes as a business expense. So, you are actually paying for it (the discount) up front.

Hope that makes sense...I know sometimes it's hard to "see" what we are saying till you are able to do it and see it up front!
