I have a host who is a "meat & potatoes gal" and one of her guests would like to see the gravy separator in action. One thought I had was to roast a couple of chickens here at home in the roasting pan, then take the pan with the chickens to her home and make the gravy there.

Any other suggestions? Or any other recipes? I made a beef roast in the DCB, but didn't get enough drippings to make gravy. Maybe I should have added water. I want to try again. Thanks for any tips/recipe ideas!
 
use oil and water it will give her the same effector you can do a roast with a can of Campbells french onion soup and a can of cheddar cheese soup whisk and pour over & bake but it has very little grease and no need to add anything else for delicious gravy
