Mine have:
4 catalogs
5 Outside Order forms
Show Planner (with stuff highlighted)
Super Starter Brochure & any new consultant promos)
Host Special Flyer
Invites
The show planner has everything they need to know, plus Im on the phone with my hosts at least once a week the month before the show... so I don't mess with making up cutesy letters or flyers telling them repeat info.![]()
A Host Packet is a collection of materials provided to hosts to help them prepare for their Pampered Chef party. It typically includes product catalogs, order forms, party planning tips, and promotional materials. A well-prepared Host Packet is crucial as it equips hosts with the information and tools they need to effectively engage their guests and maximize party sales.
A comprehensive Host Packet should include a host guide, product catalogs, order forms, a party planning checklist, and tips for inviting guests. Additionally, including a few recipes that utilize Pampered Chef products can inspire hosts to showcase the items during their party, making it more interactive and enjoyable.
To make your Host Packet more engaging, consider personalizing it with a welcome note, including fun and easy recipes, and providing a checklist for party preparation. Adding visuals, such as product images or a sample party layout, can also help hosts visualize their event and feel more excited about hosting.
After sending out the Host Packet, follow up with a phone call or text to discuss the materials and answer any questions. Encourage hosts to reach out if they need assistance and offer to help them brainstorm ideas for their party. Regular communication helps keep them motivated and ensures they feel supported throughout the hosting process.
Encourage hosts to leverage social media by creating an event page and sharing it with their friends. Provide them with sample invitation messages and tips on how to engage their guests, such as offering incentives for bringing friends or hosting a fun theme. Remind them that the more guests they invite, the more fun and successful their party will be!
