I have read on past threads about some having problems with rude customer service people at HO. Well ... I just wanted to share a positive encounter with an individual at HO last night. This man was soooo helpful and patient with me it was unbelieveable. He stayed with me on the phone until everything was completed. I kept thanking him for his time but his response was always "that is my job ... to help you out". In between download times we talked weather,family, and business. He was a pleasure to speak with and I hope someday to meet him face to face to thank him again. So for those who have had bad experiences with HO customer service people ... hang in there ... there are some who are terrific!!!!:)
 
A few years ago I had a situation that required MANY phone calls between HO and myself. I dealt with the same girl each time (she was handling the situation personally). When it was all over I felt like I knew her. That year at conference the director's dinner was held at HO and on the tour I came across her desk. I wrote a little note on my business card and left it on her desk....kinda felt like I met her in person :)
 
Make sure you email HO and let them know!!! I was able to meet Donika at Leadership this year. She was the one who called me for my director promotion and then helped with a weird situation later. I was able to thank her in person!!!
