Am I doing something wrong? I had a guest at a show last night who purchased the host special that she was entitled to as the booking incentive. And when I put the order into P3, its not adding the cost of the DCB to the show total... Which is a big uh oh since this order would put the host over the threshold for the next level... I thought that it still counted towards sales because she was a guest?!?! HELP!!

are you looking at the guest sales or the commissionable sales??

It should be going towards guests sales but I cant tell you what is going on

You are not an idiot...we all make mistakes...don't tell her that I said this but I am sure that even Ann makes mistakes.

When I first started, the first host that bought the cookware sets as a host half price combo, I was soooooooo excited cuz I thought I got commission on that too! :o We all make those mistakes!;)

Was it the night to pick on Ann last night? We had a cluster meeting and the Woven Selections pieces came up. Someone asked what the warranty was - nobody knew. My Director said, "I think they're a year. Don't tell me I knew something Ann didn't!"

It's jealousy, Ann. Don't worry about it. ;)

Frequently Asked Questions

Help! Why isn't Guest Order Counting Toward Host's Show Total?

There could be several reasons why a guest order isn't counting toward the host's show total. One common reason is that the order was placed after the show closing date. Ensure that all orders are submitted before the deadline to be included in the total.

Can I still add guest orders after the show has closed?

No, once the show has officially closed, no additional guest orders can be added to the host's total. It's important to remind guests to place their orders before the closing date to ensure they count toward the show.

What if a guest's order was placed incorrectly?

If a guest's order was placed incorrectly, it may not count toward the host's total. The guest should contact customer service to see if the order can be corrected or if a new order can be placed before the show closes.

Are there minimum order requirements for guest orders to count?

Yes, guest orders typically need to meet a minimum purchase amount to count toward the host's show total. Check the specific guidelines for your show to ensure that all guest orders meet this requirement.

How can I verify if a guest order is included in the host's total?

You can verify if a guest order is included in the host's total by checking the show summary or report in your consultant portal. This will provide a detailed breakdown of all orders and their contributions to the host's total.
