it means you have something ordered that's not available i guess. when I removed the clips (BUMMER), everything else is there.

hopefully all will be resolved if not already. I have not gone on my website to check this out yet.
 
I was placing a personal order on P3 and when I added the clips it said 0.00. What the???ETA: this would be because we're not allowed to order these on personal order. That sucks :(

Tara, we cannot place orders for these on P3. It has to been done through our websites only. Hope this helps you out.
