Help?? Grilled Pineapple & Pound Cake??

In summary, the best way to grill pineapple is to preheat the grill to medium heat and brush the pineapple slices with oil before grilling for 2-3 minutes on each side. Canned pineapple can also be used by draining it well to prevent excess water. To prevent sticking, grease the grill with oil or cooking spray and brush oil onto the pound cake. Other types of cake, such as angel food or sponge cake, can also be used. The grilled pineapple and pound cake can be served on its own or with whipped cream or ice cream, or alongside grilled meat for a sweet and savory dish.

::::letting out HUGE sigh:::::::
Thank you Thank you Thank you, Bobbi.
That's exactly what I was looking for!!!!!

I made this recipe last night at our team meeting. It was awesome! Definitely not a second recipe type of thing so I'd suggest it as the main or only recpe for a show.

I made up a word doc with the recipe to share with my team and attached it here in case anyone wants it.

Some of us don't care for coconut so one used the new chocolate peanut butter sauce and two of us used the new butterscotch rum sauce. OMG that BR sauce is to die for!!
