gratergirl said:I make chicken fajitas too but I cut into strips, cut up onion and green peppers in strips and cook them with the lid on and then when the chicken is done, add a taco seasoning packet to them with some water (a little at a time so it doesn't get watery) and then put on tortilla shells...add sour cream, lettuce, salsa and some zesty ranch sauce (I think Old El Paso puts that out) YUMM! Two of my 4 kids are picky eaters but love this! Not to mention hubbie! You could put the sides in prep bowls or our SA small bowls.
DebbieSAChef said:I love shells or taco shell bowls! But my husband always wants to eat home made tortillas. It's his one craving during MY pregnancy. It's his sympathy craving, or at least one of them. His other is my chocolate chip pecan cookies which I am baking right now. My house smells so good. After being brought up eating home made tortillas I can never eat the ones from the store!

A simple and delicious recipe you can try is Lemon Garlic Chicken. Just season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon juice, then sauté them in a skillet until cooked through. Serve with steamed vegetables or over rice for a complete meal.
Yes, you can use frozen chicken, but it will take longer to cook. It's best to thaw the chicken first in the refrigerator or microwave. Once thawed, you can follow any quick recipe, like stir-frying or baking, to prepare your meal.
For a healthy option, try Grilled Chicken Salad. Simply grill seasoned chicken breasts and slice them over a bed of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and your favorite dressing. This dish is light, nutritious, and packed with flavor.
To enhance the flavor of chicken, marinate it for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Use ingredients like olive oil, vinegar, herbs, and spices. You can also try brining the chicken in a saltwater solution for added moisture and taste.
Great sides to pair with chicken include roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, quinoa, or a fresh garden salad. You can also serve it with rice or pasta for a heartier meal. Choose sides that complement the flavors of your chicken dish.
