It's from the Delightful Desserts cookbook. I am thinking of making it for a last minute fundraiser I have this coming Monday.

I've never made it and was wondering if anyone has made it and how it tastes!

Usually I try to make a recipe once before I do it for a crowd, but I don't have time this weekend!

The recipe is delicous. Make sure you follow the directions completely. I use cashews and pecans for one recipe and I also did just peanuts (2cups) because I had a few family members that hate pecan and cashews.

Just to let you know. I didn't make them for a show. I made them when my aunt died last summer - before I began a consultant. I made them and the lemon tartlets because the both of them were finger food. People could just grap and go. No plates or forks required, maybe a napkin.

I hope that helps.

Thanks Teresa,

I think I'm gonna go ahead and try it for my fundraiser show. It sounds decadent, with the butter, honey, nuts and whipping cream!

There really aren't too many PC recipes I've tried that I didn't like!
