Fundraiser Selected Product Sheet

I made up this Product sheet for my daughter's cheerleading squad. Thought I would share it with the rest of you. I printed it on white card stock paper and on the other side I printed the order form. I'm at work and don't have the order form on my computer. (I'm supposed to be working but you see what I'm doing instead). I'll post the order form when I get home later today. Hope some of you can use this idea. It took a while to get it done but it's finished. I added the sales tax to the prices and put a column on the order form for the shipping cost.

Let me know if this is helpful to anyone or if any of you see something I should change or shouldn't have done!!

That's so thoughtful of you to share this product sheet with us! I'm sure it will come in handy for many others who are involved in cheerleading. It's great that you printed it on card stock paper and also included an order form. I'm looking forward to seeing the order form when you post it later.I don't think you need to worry about making any changes or mistakes, as it seems like you put a lot of effort into creating this product sheet.
