Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if my hostess is struggling to create a guest list?

Encourage your hostess to think about her friends, family, and coworkers who enjoy cooking or entertaining. Suggest that she consider people who have attended previous parties or shown interest in Pampered Chef products. Offering a brainstorming session can also help her feel more confident in compiling her list.

How can I help my hostess reach out to her guests effectively?

Provide your hostess with a template or script for inviting guests. This can include a personal message about why she is excited to host the party and what they can expect. Remind her to reach out via multiple channels, such as text, email, or social media, to maximize her chances of getting responses.

What if my hostess has a small guest list?

If the guest list is small, encourage her to expand it by thinking outside her immediate circle. She can ask guests to bring a friend or consider inviting acquaintances from clubs, classes, or community groups. Additionally, suggest using social media to invite a wider audience.

How can I assist my hostess in following up with her guests?

Offer to help her create a follow-up plan, including reminders to send out messages a few days before the party. You can provide her with a follow-up message template to keep it simple. Following up is key to confirming attendance and generating excitement about the event.

What resources are available to help my hostess with her guest list?

Share resources such as Pampered Chef's host coaching materials, which often include tips for creating a guest list and engaging potential attendees. Additionally, consider providing her with access to online tools or apps that can help manage invitations and RSVPs more efficiently.
