I just got a HO lead who is interested in hosting a show, the business opportunity, and would like a catalog. She did not provide her phone number.

I am not big on spending $2+ to mail off a packet to someone with whom I have not had any contact.

Does anyone have an email that I could send to her?

I would just send an email saying you got a note that she was interested and you'd love to share more. Ask her to call you or email you her phone number so you can talk further and know what she'd like to see.

I wouldn't send an email full of info b/c then this lead will be dead for you, ya know?

Hi there! Congratulations on getting a HO lead who is interested in hosting a show and learning more about the business opportunity. I completely understand your hesitation in spending money on mailing a packet to someone without any contact. Luckily, we have a great solution for this situation - the digital catalog! You can easily send your potential host an email with a link to our digital catalog, which includes all the information about hosting a show and the business opportunity. This not only saves you money on postage, but also allows your potential host to browse through the catalog at their convenience. If you need any assistance with sending the digital catalog, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. Best of luck with your HO lead!

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I include in my email to leads without a phone number?

When emailing leads without a phone number, it's important to include a warm greeting, a brief introduction about yourself and your Pampered Chef business, and a clear value proposition. Highlight the benefits of your products, share any current promotions, and include a call to action, such as inviting them to a virtual cooking show or asking if they would like more information.

How can I make my email more engaging for leads?

To make your email more engaging, use a friendly and conversational tone. Personalize the email by addressing the recipient by name and referencing any previous interactions, if applicable. Incorporate appealing visuals, such as product images or recipe ideas, and keep the content concise and to the point to maintain their interest.

What subject line should I use for my email to leads?

Your subject line should be catchy and relevant to grab the recipient's attention. Consider using phrases like "Discover Delicious Recipes with Pampered Chef!" or "Exclusive Offer Just for You!" A compelling subject line can significantly increase the open rate of your email.

How often should I follow up with leads via email?

It's generally recommended to follow up with leads every 5 to 7 days after your initial email. However, be mindful not to overwhelm them with too many messages. If they haven't responded after a few follow-ups, consider spacing them out further or changing your approach to keep the communication fresh.

What if I don't get a response to my email?

If you don't receive a response, don't be discouraged. People can be busy or may have missed your email. Consider sending a friendly follow-up email after a week or two, reiterating your offer and inviting them to ask any questions. You can also try reaching out through social media or other channels if you have that information.
