Have a client who has generation cookware and was wanting it replaced. She thought it was lifetime, but I was thinking it wasn't. Wasn't a consultant back then. Can someone help with warranty details on the generation cookware?

Thanks. She's had them for 10--figured it had been too long to replace.

Generation 2 cookware had a 2 year warranty. If she had it for 10 years she's due for new cookware. Book a February show and she can get some for 60% off and use her half price benefits for more at 50% off.

Generation 2 was also in the outlet a while back but that had no warranty.

As a fellow consultant, I understand the importance of providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with their purchases. From my understanding, the generation cookware does come with a limited lifetime warranty, but it's always best to double check with the company directly. I would recommend reaching out to our customer service team via email or social media, as the wait time on the phone can be quite long. They will be able to provide you with the exact details of the warranty and assist with any further steps that need to be taken. I hope this helps and that your client's issue is resolved soon! Best of luck.
