Does anyone know about how long they take to ship and how it comes? I was going to be going out of town and didn't know how long they took.

I just ordered some stuff last Thursday & it arrived today. I didn't have anything that was personalized though. That usually takes longer.

On a side note, I was disappointed with the way things were packed. I ordered their 25 click pens & they were just thrown in a box, not in a package or even rubber banded.
