How to Create a Quick and Delicious Spanish Themed Show?

I've been kicking around the idea of a Spanish Theme Show. I have a wonderful Paella Recipe, but it takes a while to make. I didn't know if anyone had a quick and easy recipe for paella before I start tinkering with my recipe. It could be a really cool show...Sangria, tapas, paella...does anyone else have other suggestions with a flare of Spain? (I will not be making all of these dishes at one show - only offering options).

There are so many great dishes from Spain that would make a great Spanish theme show! Here are a few ideas:- Patatas Bravas: fried potatoes topped with a spicy sauce- Croquetas: deep-fried croquettes filled with ham and cheese- Tortilla Española: a classic Spanish omelet- Gazpacho: a cold soup made of tomatoes, peppers, onions and cucumbers- Albondigas: Spanish-style meatballs in a flavorful tomato sauce- Jamón Serrano: cured ham served as an appetizer- Chorizo a la Sidra: chorizo sausage cooked in cider- Berenjena con Miel: eggplant with honey- Arroz con Pollo: a traditional dish of chicken and rice- Leche Frita: fried custard- Crema Catalana: a creamy custard dessert with caramelized sugar on top

I love the idea of a Spanish theme show! Paella is such a delicious dish and definitely worth the time to make, but I can understand wanting a quicker option. Have you considered making a paella-inspired rice dish instead? You could use similar ingredients and flavors, but it would be quicker and easier to make.Some other suggestions for Spanish dishes with a flare could be:1. Tortilla Española - a traditional Spanish omelette made with potatoes, onions, and eggs.2. Gambas al Ajillo - garlic shrimp cooked in olive oil and served with crusty bread.3. Chorizo and Manchego Croquettes - crispy fried balls filled with Spanish chorizo and cheese.4. Patatas Bravas - crispy fried potatoes served with a spicy tomato sauce.5. Gazpacho - a chilled tomato and vegetable soup, perfect for hot summer days.And of course, no Spanish-themed show would be complete without some delicious sangria!
