No I think anything that was already offered at a sample price stayed. But the new items are the same price via sample as through the outlet...

WOOhooo!!! All the bread crocks are gone. I am really tired of seeing them. I just hope they didn't sell so well on the outlet that they release them in another color for the Spring line.

am I missing something? what is this outlet? where do I find it?

PC came out with a new outlet that your customers can go to your website and place an order you can not add it to a show but it does count towards incentives. You can also go to cc and place an order there for yourself. What they have in the outlet is items that have been discontinued at a little less then the regular price and they say it will change every 15-30 days

I bought one of each color. Now I just need the cobolt blue and Im set. I made another purchase today, this outlet is going to get me in lots of trouble

I had someone try to order from my outlet. She put in her items and her address. When she clicked to continue saying that her shipping address was the same, it keeps saying page not available.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does "CC" stand for in the context of Pampered Chef discounts?

"CC" stands for "Consultant Commission." It refers to the earnings that consultants make from sales. Discounts on new items may not apply to CC because they are designed to encourage full-price sales and maintain the perceived value of new products.

Why are discounts not offered on new items for consultants?

Discounts on new items are typically not offered to maintain the integrity and value of the product line. By not discounting new items, Pampered Chef ensures that consultants can sell these products at their full retail price, which helps to establish a strong market presence.

Are there any exceptions to the no-discount policy on new items?

While the general policy is to not offer discounts on new items, there may be special promotions or events where limited-time discounts could be applied. It’s important for consultants to stay updated with company announcements for any potential exceptions.

How can consultants promote new items without discounts?

Consultants can promote new items by highlighting their unique features, benefits, and the value they bring to customers. Utilizing social media, hosting cooking demonstrations, and sharing personal experiences with the products can effectively drive sales without relying on discounts.

What should consultants do if customers ask for discounts on new items?

If customers request discounts on new items, consultants should explain the value of the products and the reasons behind the pricing strategy. They can also offer to provide additional information about the items and suggest other promotions or bundles that may be available.
