This year my recruiting took a nose dive!! 3 gals in Jan -February
then nothing until November- I worried about my team. I worried about
the trip.
I even reached out to Doris in June- My July and August were a
complete result of her time- The recruits still were not coming- This
month 3 of my 4 recruits--YES 4 were Home Office Leads, some may think
it's luck- I don't!!

I have been a Director for 5 1/2 of my almost 6 years here. Never
missing a month of leads. Sometimes they are good and sometimes
well=we all know they are Not!

Pampered Chef tried really hard to help us with this system and for
those of us who consistently reach to $1250. a month we are rewarded-
This is an amazing way to show all our teams- as Directors they can
too!! Home Office reached out to career builder and sported new ad's
EVERYWHERE- It is nice to know this is a true team effort-

The Home Office leads are just one of the bonuses to being a Director.
If I can have 3 in a month from the lead system so can you! So can our
aspiring Directors- Getting them to reach a little bit more, being a
little uncomfortable, stretching out of our comfort zones-is a way to
move to the next level--
So who do we know that will do the work for this sweet result-
Reaching out a little bit more, making someone feel valued! Recognize
them along the way--They deserve it too! It is what Home Office does
for us-

The feeling of my new people sharing what there going through to me in
this tough economy is all I need to keep searching for those who are
not courageous enough to take the initial step- It's our time to
shine-Pampered Chef is what everyone needs in there home- Weather it
is our product, or us personally showing off our amazing products, our
delicious recipes! Is is teaching them to get out there and make good
money too--we can do it--It is our job to share this!!

If you are close to earning the trip this year and do not yet have the
recruits-

GO GET UM!!!! Don't stop now! Don't give up-- So it's a stretch- Go
For it!!
You too can find the new members who are committed to making it work
even with 2 weeks left of Christmas Delivery-the month goes on!

Reach, stretch, and be uncomfortable and watch your team do it too!
You deserve it-Let yourself earn it-

I look forward to hearing from you. Ask for support and tell
everyone our secret!!
