I just submitted a show a few days ago, and one of the guests had their order shipped directly to them (they live quite a distance from the host). When I checked the tracking info, it didn't show up. I am assuming that it's because it was a Mix 'N Chop, but I got a little concerned when I received the backorder e-mail from HO - it only shows 4 of them expected to ship on the 15th, when there were 5 from that show. Does it only send an e-mail about the ones being shipped to the host??? I'm just a little confused.
 
Yes, if a guest orders a product and has it shipped directly to them, then you will not receive an email notification from Home Office. The email is only sent to the host when products are being shipped to them. If the guest has their order shipped directly to them, then they will be the one to receive the tracking information.
