I now use what HO provides for us - the OOF that is on CC. It has a picture of the monthly guest special on it and all the information that yours does and more (like warranty info). Yours takes just as much ink to print as the CC form and so much more of your time and it's easy to miss vital info when we do our own.

You print up the company's OOF first, then put it back in your printer to print the following on the same side:
OOFs, or "Out of the Field" events, are special promotions or activities designed to engage customers and boost sales during a specific time frame, such as February. They often include exclusive offers, themed recipes, or cooking demonstrations to encourage participation and excitement among hosts and guests.
To create effective OOFs for February, start by identifying a theme that resonates with your audience, such as Valentine's Day or winter comfort foods. Plan engaging activities like virtual cooking classes, recipe contests, or special discounts. Promote these events through social media, email newsletters, and personal invitations to maximize participation.
Pampered Chef provides a variety of resources to assist with creating OOFs, including training materials, promotional graphics, and recipe ideas. You can also connect with other consultants through forums or social media groups to share tips and best practices for successful OOFs.
To measure the success of your OOFs, track key metrics such as attendance numbers, sales generated during the event, and customer engagement levels. Additionally, gather feedback from participants to understand what worked well and what could be improved for future events.
Yes, collaborating with other consultants can enhance your OOFs by combining resources, ideas, and customer bases. Consider partnering for joint events, sharing promotional efforts, or co-hosting cooking demonstrations to create a more dynamic and engaging experience for your audience.
