christinaspc said:I am doing a First Chance Last Glance I had sent out invites and running an ad I am giving away a basket of products for every show they book they get their name in 3 times and for every 60.00 they purchase they get their name in too. Going to have discontinued items and new products and I will have some refreshments. I am thinking it is going to go over good.

To effectively promote your early September event, utilize social media platforms to create buzz, send out personalized invitations via email or messaging apps, and consider offering incentives for attendees, such as exclusive discounts or giveaways. Additionally, engage your existing customer base by reaching out directly and encouraging them to invite friends.
Consider seasonal themes that resonate with early September, such as back-to-school cooking, fall harvest recipes, or tailgating ideas. Incorporate these themes into your invitations, decorations, and product demonstrations to create a cohesive and exciting atmosphere that will attract attendees.
Focus on products that align with your theme and are popular for the upcoming season. For example, showcase kitchen tools that are great for meal prep, baking, or outdoor cooking. Highlight any new or seasonal items from Pampered Chef that can inspire your guests to try new recipes.
To ensure a good turnout, send out invitations well in advance and follow up with reminders as the event date approaches. Encourage RSVP to gauge interest and plan accordingly. Additionally, consider hosting a virtual component for those who may not be able to attend in person, expanding your reach and engagement.
Prepare a detailed agenda for the event, including product demonstrations, cooking tips, and interactive activities. Ensure you have all necessary supplies, such as cooking ingredients, utensils, and promotional materials. Practice your presentation to build confidence and engage your audience effectively during the event.
