caraighan said:I have had a few problems with hosts giving me their guest list. I even had one tell me that she would email them to invite them. I said that that is the way I do it and she said "it's about not killing trees with me".
I had one that I reminded and reminded her and she finally said she would just call everyone.
c00p said:I've been sending out the invites for my hosts for almost 3 years now and not once have I ever had anyone even bring up anything about giving me their friennds/family information. Here's basically what I say once we have a date set: "I'll email you a Word document that has blank labels on it so that you can enter in the names and addresses of your guests, then email it back to me and I'll take care of mailing out your invitations!" Generally 99% of them are EAGER to give me the info so that they don't have to mail out the invites!!
When a consultant sends invitations, it refers to the process of reaching out to potential guests to invite them to a Pampered Chef party or event. This can be done through various methods such as email, social media, or physical invitations, and is an essential step in building attendance and engagement for the event.
A consultant can effectively send invitations by personalizing the message, clearly stating the event details (date, time, location), and highlighting the benefits of attending, such as exclusive offers or fun activities. Utilizing multiple channels, like social media and direct messaging, can also increase reach and engagement.
Yes, following up after sending invitations is highly recommended. A friendly reminder can help confirm attendance and generate excitement about the event. It also provides an opportunity for guests to ask questions or express any concerns they may have.
Consultants can use various tools to send invitations, including email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, and event planning tools like Evite or Paperless Post. These tools can help streamline the invitation process and track RSVPs.
A consultant can track the success of their invitations by monitoring RSVP responses, engagement on social media posts, and attendance at the event. Additionally, they can ask for feedback from attendees to understand what worked well and what could be improved for future events.
