Now I reread your question a little more closely. You'll just have to manually enter them....you should be able to view them just as you would any guest's order.mconsola said:I have a host and cohosts who are both eager to collect online orders but the cohost's name doesn't show up when guests search, right? If I set her up with her own show on my PWS and her guest pay with a credit card will I be able to view their #'s to manually enter them in P3?

So....I did set up two separate shows on my PWS mostly so the co-hosts friends would get an email coming from HER (I actually do the evites for the hosts, but do it through their host only section so it looks like it's coming from them) and not the main host.

Thanks for the tip! I just had my first encounter with a host wanting me to do the Evites for her. I never thought to go into the host side. It makes me wonder how many didn't open them because they didn't recognize the name. I am seriously worried about this show!
If your co-hosts are not appearing on your orders, first check to ensure that they have been properly added to the party in your Pampered Chef consultant portal. If they are listed but still not showing up, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue persists, contact Pampered Chef support for assistance.
To ensure your co-hosts are correctly linked, go to your party settings in the consultant portal and verify that their information is entered accurately. Make sure their email addresses are correct and that they have accepted any invitations to co-host. You can also reach out to them to confirm their participation.
If your co-hosts are showing up but not receiving their rewards, check the party's sales total and ensure it meets the requirements for co-host rewards. Additionally, verify that their orders are linked to the correct party. If everything appears correct but they still aren't receiving rewards, contact Pampered Chef support for clarification.
Common issues that might cause co-hosts not to show up include incorrect email addresses, failure to accept co-host invitations, or technical glitches in the Pampered Chef system. Always verify that all information is accurate and up to date, and if problems persist, don't hesitate to contact customer support for help.
