Colleen you're the best! Thanks!

I actually serve the pumpkinm spread w/cinnamon chips...
take a flour tortilla, spritz it w/water...springkle it w/PC Pantry Cinnamon and some granulated sugar. Slice like pizza wedges w/pizza cutter, place on any stone & back @ 400 for 8-10 mins...I do about 8 tortillas worth and serve w/the pumpkin spread.

The pumpkin dip is also good with cinnamon graham crackers. mmmm....

I am all for time savers!!

and the recipe for the Pumkin pie spread please??? :)

I can open all these recipes but for some reason the amounts of items are not coming up... there is just a little box there. I am assuming it's a font thing but could someone help me out. I really want to try these this fall. They sound marvelous!

Ctrl-A to select all and then change the font to Arial. That should work. :)

Bless You!

Frequently Asked Questions

What ingredients do I need to make Cinnamon Pastry Wedges?

To make Cinnamon Pastry Wedges, you will need the following ingredients: puff pastry sheets, cinnamon, sugar, butter, and a spiced pumpkin pie spread. Optional ingredients may include powdered sugar for dusting and additional spices for flavor enhancement.

How do I prepare the Cinnamon Pastry Wedges?

To prepare the Cinnamon Pastry Wedges, first, preheat your oven according to the puff pastry package instructions. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into triangles. Brush the triangles with melted butter, then sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar on top. Bake until golden brown and flaky, then serve warm with the spiced pumpkin pie spread.

Can I use a different type of pastry instead of puff pastry?

Yes, you can use other types of pastry such as phyllo dough or pie crust, but the texture and flavor may differ. Puff pastry provides a light, flaky texture that complements the cinnamon and pumpkin flavors well.

How can I store leftover Cinnamon Pastry Wedges?

Leftover Cinnamon Pastry Wedges can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. For longer storage, you can refrigerate them for up to a week or freeze them for up to three months. Reheat in the oven for best results.

What can I serve with Cinnamon Pastry Wedges?

Cinnamon Pastry Wedges pair wonderfully with a variety of dips and spreads. The spiced pumpkin pie spread is a perfect match, but you can also serve them with whipped cream, cream cheese frosting, or a warm caramel sauce for added flavor.
