I want to make this cake for Friday, we are doing a pot luck. Do you think I can make the cake Thursday night? I know the demo video says to serve it warm but it should be all right if I make the cake Thursday and finish it on Friday right?

Is this the one for the microwave? I LOVE the microwave cakes but I do not like them AT ALL the next day. That being said.. I have not made this recipe so hopefully someone else who has can jump in here...

I just have to say.....there have been so many threads about this cake in the last week----you all are making me drool, lol!:p
Gotta go get the ingredients...

I would think it would still taste good....I mean it's chocolate;) I'm sure Diane can tell us; I think she made it 3 times.....(dianevill)

Chocolate and strawberries are my weakness! I like how they add the extra strawberries around it. I guess I can always make it at work, my boss is gone so I can take a little extra time to make the actual cake.

I made both of mine in the oven and to be honest, I liked them better the second day. It seems the strawberry flavor comes through more after it sits overnight. It's delicious either way.

Ooh, maybe I'll do it in the oven the night before.

Does anyone have the recipe? I guess I missed it somewhere. :yuck: Help:blushing: Thanks

Look under recipes on CC and chocolate bliss, its a new recipe for this season.
I made it as a skillet cake last night and it turned out wonderful. My husband says that it tastes even better today. I haven't tried it yet today.

How was the appearance when you made it in the skillet? I am just concerned that it won't be attractive?

This was the first ever skillet cake that i have ever done and i was impressed. I was in a hurry and the middle did stick to the pan but i tried to patch it back together. I think it turned out pretty well.
I did take a picture i will try to get it posted on here in a few.
