I have a elderly lady I am returning some bamboo spoons for. The handle cracked when she was cooking with them.

Anywhoo.... I got the reference # and address for PC so I could ship them back for her. One thing I forgot to ask was if it had to be shipped in a box or not. Last time something was sent back my customer had to box it up and put a slip of paper in the box with the reference # on it and write the reference # on the ouside of the box as well.

Since these are bamboo spoons, and they are flat....i was wondering if I could ship them in a bubble mailer, or if I had to ship them in a box.

Anyone know the answer to this??

I have returned items in an envelope before, just make sure to include all the correct information.

They can go in a mailer and via USPS just fine. Just make sure you have the reference # on the outside and inside of the package.

That reminds me - I STILL have to write your grandma!!!!(Kicking self for not doing that yet!)
