In Pampered Partner there is a menu on the top row that is called non-commission orders. Click it, then pick add order. Select the type of order:
Personal- just regular stuff out of the catalog that you want at 20% off
Sample- The packages of new products that are available until Sept. 30 at 50% off
Supply- Paperwork and anything else that is on the supply order form
Kit Enhancement- In April anything in the catalog is 40% off up to $500
Replacement parts- When you need a replacement part for a cutomer or yourself
