bethcooks4u said:So that means July right? We are supposed to get the paperwork packages by July 31. But it is interesting that info given in the CN (p 17) doesn't say WHEN the director products arrive.
July 24 Fall paperwork and products arrive for Executive Directors and above.
July 31 Fall paperwork packages (which include 25 catalogs and samples of other marketing and business materials) will arrive.
No mention of products for anyone below Executive.![]()

OhmyDLM said:What makes it even more stressful is that when I don't qualify as a Director because team members of my team members don't submit sales a particular month, then MY DIRECTOR doesn't qualify as an ADVANCED DIRECTOR. .............. Am I the only one stressed about this?
pcjenni said:Right there too... Also I am 2nd line to my NED. She is on the phone making calls to inactives, sending out emails constantly and WORKING her business (which she always did) but this MUST be moving up the ladder quickly. We don't make it, the trickle is uphill not downhill on this one ladies

This phrase refers to a recent change in the Pampered Chef compensation plan where certain director-level consultants may no longer receive free products as part of their benefits package. This change aims to streamline costs and ensure sustainability within the business model.
The change primarily affects directors who may not meet specific sales or recruitment criteria set by Pampered Chef. Those who consistently achieve their goals may still qualify for free products, while others may need to adjust their strategies to maintain their benefits.
To qualify for free director products, consultants typically need to meet certain sales thresholds, recruit new team members, and maintain a specific level of team performance. These criteria can vary, so it's essential for directors to stay updated with the latest guidelines from Pampered Chef.
Directors can adapt by focusing on improving their sales techniques, enhancing team training, and actively recruiting new consultants. Building a strong, motivated team and maintaining high sales can help them continue to qualify for product rewards.
For more information, directors should refer to the official Pampered Chef website, attend company meetings, or consult with their upline leaders. Additionally, the company often provides updates through newsletters and training sessions to keep consultants informed about policy changes.
