I have a big fair coming up....any suggestions to bringing people into the booth?

Food:) :) :)

an eye catching displaydo you have the new 3 tier SA? or the new HWC cups? ask your director what she would use. Set up a few eye catching items, the main thing is to get them to the table. Once you've hooked them and reeled them in, do what you do best. HTH

I always pass out fliers with a recipe on the back, or the recipe cards we can get for the celebration shows. If it has a recipe people will hold on to it, and then will have your information. Also, if possible, stand on the outside of the booth or table, not behind your display. Most of all have fun.

Good luck!

I did a fair yesterday. The number one thing that worked was standing in front of my table and handing every single person a recipe card. That way they stopped and paid attention to who I was and many of them came over, looked at my stuff, filled out my slips, etc.

I already have one booking!

did you have them fill out the slips that you use for door prizes?

I have one this friday & next month

I usually make 1/4 sheet slips for them to fill out, but the door prize slips would work just as well

have a door prize basket set up... they will fill it out, then definitely call EVERYONE... sometimes you get bookings from people who mark "No" on the slip!

What are some effective strategies for attracting new guests to my fair booth?

To attract new guests to your fair booth, consider using eye-catching signage, offering free samples of your products, and engaging in friendly conversations with passersby. Additionally, using social media to promote your booth ahead of time can help draw in a crowd. Interactive demonstrations and giveaways can also create buzz and encourage people to stop by.

How can I make my booth stand out at a fair?

To make your booth stand out, use bright colors and appealing visuals to create an inviting atmosphere. Incorporate unique displays that showcase your products in action, and ensure your booth is well-organized and clutter-free. Consider using themed decorations that align with your brand and offering special promotions or discounts exclusive to fair attendees.

What types of giveaways work best for attracting guests?

Effective giveaways include small, branded items such as kitchen gadgets, recipe cards, or discount coupons for future purchases. Consider offering a larger prize for a raffle, which can encourage guests to provide their contact information. Ensure that the giveaways are relevant to your products to attract the right audience.

How can I engage with guests who stop by my booth?

Engagement is key to converting booth visitors into customers. Start with a warm greeting and ask open-ended questions to understand their needs. After the fair, follow up with guests by sending personalized thank-you emails or messages, especially to those who provided their contact information.
