Why not do a spin on the Easter egg book to look idea that has been so popular here lately? In my easter eggs now I have pictures of the free product they get if they hold their show. Print or tape those onto some pink paper, roll them up and tie pretty pink ribbons around them like scrolls and put them in a little basket with some pink tissue paper or something. Or maybe instead of ribbon, somehow clip it shut with the HWC pins. If they book the show they get the free gift on their show order and get to keep the pin?

i love that idea!! i think im going to do that for a show on sat. Thanks!

May gamesI think it would be good to have a quiz on Breast Cancer Awareness to win prizes and to educate women who might now know anything about it.
Ask a few questions with mulitiple choices for the answers and whoever answers the most gets a pin and a prize.
Also I think it would be good to have a grand prize for whichever hostess sells the most HWC products at her show.
You could throw in a FREE product for her (whatever you choose to give) which you would either get from kit enhancement or something you could get from a personal order.
Print up a pretty pink certificate that would have the amount they sold in HWC products plus the amount ($1 per product) that was given to the American Cancer Society thanks to her show!
Just some ideas!!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are booking games and how do they work for my Pampered Chef show?

Booking games are fun activities designed to encourage guests at your Pampered Chef show to book their own parties. Typically, these games involve incentives such as discounts or free products for guests who schedule a show during the event. By creating a lively atmosphere, you can motivate attendees to consider hosting their own gatherings.

How can I promote the booking games for my April 20th show?

To promote your booking games, use social media, email invitations, and personal outreach to your guests. Highlight the fun aspects of the games and the potential rewards they can earn. You can also create a buzz by sharing sneak peeks of the prizes and the exciting activities planned for the show.

What types of prizes can I offer for booking games?

Prizes for booking games can range from Pampered Chef products, discounts on future purchases, or even gift cards. Consider offering a tiered prize system where guests can earn different levels of rewards based on when they book their show. This can encourage more immediate bookings and increase excitement.

How do I follow up with guests after the April 20th show?

After the show, follow up with guests via personalized messages or emails thanking them for attending and reminding them of the booking games. Include any relevant details about their potential rewards and encourage them to finalize their booking. A friendly reminder can go a long way in securing those future shows.

Can I use booking games for shows beyond April 20th?

Absolutely! Booking games can be used for any future shows, not just the April 20th event. You can adapt the games and prizes based on the season or upcoming holidays to keep them fresh and engaging. This flexibility allows you to continuously encourage bookings throughout the year.
