cmdtrgd said:NOOOOOOOOO!!! First, get a letter of intent sent home and have at least one parent/guardian sign it per kid. They don't get a packet unless they bring it back. When I did this, I supplied each teacher with a bag of kisses - one for each letter of intent BROUGHT BACK. Then, I would put together packets of ONE catalog and a couple of order forms and maybe a Holiday Mini. Make sure you set them up on your website. I would set up each kid separately so you know where the orders go to. Then, when it comes time to put them in PP or P3, print out each kids' orders and keep those lists because you will want to submit all the orders on one show. HTH
The recommended number of catalogs per student for a Big Fundraiser is typically one catalog per student. This ensures that each student has a personal copy to share with family and friends, maximizing the potential for sales.
Yes, providing more than one catalog per student can be beneficial, especially if students have larger networks or if the fundraiser is extended over a longer period. However, it's important to balance the number of catalogs with the overall fundraising goals.
To determine the right number of catalogs for your fundraiser, consider the number of participants, the duration of the fundraiser, and the expected reach of each student. It's often helpful to start with one catalog per student and adjust based on initial feedback and sales results.
If you run out of catalogs during the fundraiser, you can order additional catalogs from Pampered Chef. It's a good idea to have a plan in place for reordering to ensure that all students have access to the materials they need to promote the fundraiser effectively.
Along with the catalogs, it's beneficial to provide order forms, flyers, and information about the fundraiser's goals. This additional material can help students communicate effectively with potential buyers and encourage more sales.
