Anyone else with AOL having trouble signing in to get email? It keeps saying "error on page". Now that they are "free" I've had more trouble and changes that keep popping up.

I had trouble the other day and because I've now got a free account, they wouldn't talk to me!!

UGH!!! Just the other day I thought I should put all my email addresses and contacts in another place in case something happened and I couldn't retrieve them....now this!!

I suggest contacting AOL customer service or using their online chat option. They should be able to help you resolve the issue and get you back up and running. You can also try searching for any help articles on their website that may provide a solution.

Yes, I've been having similar issues with AOL. Ever since they switched to being "free," I've noticed more glitches and changes that I'm not used to. It's frustrating that they won't even offer support to free accounts now. I've also been considering backing up my emails and contacts somewhere else just in case. It's definitely been a hassle dealing with all these issues. Have you found any solutions or workarounds for the "error on page" message?
