All day, everytime I've opened the program, it has either immediately shut or shut quickly after I've started working in it. Wondering if it is one of the updates or if it is just my computer. Either way it stinks, I am really trying to get a supply order in and I can't. Any thoughts? I am going to reboot my computer and see if that makes a difference. I know people have said that you need a lot of memory to run P3, so I'm also wondering if I've just reached my 'puter's limit and just need to suck it up and buy more memory. If that's the case, how much do I need... what do I tell the people at the store so they don't see me for the computer illiterate that I am?
 
I was having issues with it earlier today.
It kept closing & downloading & cloasing & downloading.
I gave up on it, it p!ssed me off.
 
there have been other complaints about this on other threads. I myself had trouble with it today, it keep reupdating about 4-5x and I got tired of it so I restarted it and it fixed the problem. I read someone else did the same thing (restarted it) and it fixed it.

Well, I'm glad to hear that it isn't just my computer... but rebooting hasn't solved the problem and it seems to be still happening this morning. UGH! I really need to get this order in, and I'm glad it is just a supply order and not a show I'm trying to submit!

I had trouble on WED I was almost in TEARS..ask my hubby..LOL...I was MAD too..a touch of PMS..today it is better..I thought it was my computer...

thanks, I did actually this morning and the person I spoke with emailed me a link to solve the problem. FYI, for anyone else having problems... he told me it sounded like the download didn't install properly and gave me a link to download it correctly. I am off now to see if it worked!
