What is tongs: Definition and 45 Discussions

I would like a set or 2 of the self-locking BBQ tongs. I know I can order them from HO, but with all the going-out-of-business sales on out there, I'd rather help out a fellow Cheffer!! :balloon: PM me with a price. :balloon:

Ok.. So I have a customer who really likes the shape of the tongs that come with the grill pan but doesn't want the grill pan. Does anyone know if and where I can find the tongs by themselves?:) I thought they were the same as the Salad tongs, but no, I was wrong....So now I wanted to find...

So I have my first product that needs replaced. My host recieved her shipment today and there is a pair of large serving tongs that are out of alignment. It is like they are twisted. Not sure what the next step to take is. :eek:

Does anyone know if the serving tongs that are in the outlet are big enough to serve salad with?

Can someone tell me the dimensions of the tongs that are on the outlet? I have an individual order and I am asking the customer if she would like to add this with her other order (large tongs) but I don't know how big they are. Thanks, Kathy

Oh I just love the small SS serving tongs on the outlet!! Wish we had them still and that they had outlets on the Canadian Sites:(

:mad: Okay, this has happened twice to me. I have pinched the ever loving fire out of my finger with the new tongs. I was so excited about them when we got them in and they were just what I had been looking for. But twice I have pinched (so bad it made a blood blister) my pinky finger. So...

I had a guest at a show I did a couple days ago that asked about the 13 1/2 inch bamboo tongs that come with the grill pan. She doesn't want the pan, just the tongs. Is there any way to order just the tongs?
