When someone backs out of a show, do you ask them to send you back the materials you mailed them?

I just got home from a really good show. You know when you're just "in the zone?" Everyone was laughing and having a really great time. It was a pretty small show (5 guests- $300 in orders) but ALL BUT ONE OF THEM booked a show!! I couldn't believe it! Even my hostess wanted to have another...
I did a show in March where one of the guests was VERY excited about hosting a show. She went on and on about how she really wants to host and that it would be so much fun. She wanted to talk to her husband about a date, but thought she would have one in April.

So did you get the apron? I did a last minute catalog show- but I didn't offer any extra incentives. I just said that I really wanted to earn an apron and could they please help me out. I got $300 in 2 days. Sometimes all the extra incentives aren't necessary.
I'm not quite sure I understand your question. When you enter a payment, you put it in under each individual guest under the "payment" tab. When you are ready to submit the show, it shows you what the consultant owes- and you put in your PC Debit or credit card to submit.
