I won't go into the specifics of bashing another company, but my show order just arrived today and it is a mess. I have no bags to sort stuff, the page that lists everyone's order (for sorting) is hard to decipher, and one of the items is broken. But since the consultant didn't give me any instructions, I have no idea what to do with it.

Off to give her a call....

True...true...VERY true!! I hosted for another company recently. I also had NO bags and NO customer orders either!! I had to call the consultant to find out who ordered what!!
 
I can so relate to that.. I have had the same problem but I won't go into details either... just a big mess!!!
