Do you have your window decals on your side windows, or the back? (I haven't gotten them, but am about to order them. I think they might be more advantageous to be on the back window- but then what to do with the other one since they come in two's?) Have you gotten leads from having window decals?

Look on here there are some great ideas for getting window decals for your car (other than the ones that Merrill offers)... I'll go look for links for you...

Thanks for the links. I have been back & forth about getting them!

Get some (my hubby won and I went with magnets) I highly recommend them. Here is why... I was sitting in my car last week (sleeping baby while hubby went shopping) and I had a lady come and ask to host a show. They paid for themselves. Even my hubby, who dragged his feet about them for months, was excited about how successful they are.
Someday I'll talk him into the window decals. :)

My window decals have paid for themselves over and over again. I have them on the back and side windows. I didn't get a call for a couple of months and had decided to take them off. That day I got 3 phone calls. Everytime I say I am going to take them off, I'll get more phone calls. Guess I should be saying that more often.

I have the decals from Merrill. I had a truck driver tell me that they are really professional and eye catching...and he sees a lot of decals on cars.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the benefits of placing window decals for direct sales?

Window decals can enhance visibility for your direct sales business, attracting potential customers passing by. They serve as a cost-effective marketing tool, allowing you to showcase promotions, products, or your brand logo. Additionally, well-placed decals can create a professional appearance, helping to establish credibility and trust with customers.

Are there any drawbacks to using window decals?

One potential drawback of window decals is that they can obstruct views from inside the store, which may deter some customers. Additionally, if not designed or placed correctly, they can appear unprofessional or cluttered, which might negatively impact your brand image. Weather conditions can also affect the longevity of decals, leading to additional costs for replacements.

How do I choose the right location for my window decals?

Choosing the right location involves assessing high-traffic areas where visibility is maximized. Consider placing decals at eye level and ensuring they are not obstructed by other signage or objects. It's also important to think about the angle from which potential customers will view the decals, ensuring they are easily readable and eye-catching from a distance.

What materials are best for window decals?

High-quality vinyl is often the best material for window decals due to its durability and weather resistance. Opt for materials that are easy to apply and remove without leaving residue. Additionally, consider using perforated vinyl for one-way visibility, allowing those inside to see out while still displaying your message to passersby.

How can I ensure my window decals comply with local regulations?

To ensure compliance with local regulations, check with your city or municipality regarding signage laws. Some areas have restrictions on size, placement, and content of window decals. It may also be beneficial to consult with a local business association or chamber of commerce for guidance on best practices and compliance requirements.
