I had a call in to CS this morning and missed their call back 50 minutes later. When I went to call them back and leave another call back request, they said I was already in the system. So it's been 30 minutes since then. Does anyone know if they're going to call me back again???
 
Seriously, just wait on the line for a rep. I never request a call back. It says "your place in line will be kept and you can expect a call back within 50 minutes" (or some time frame), or - you can wait on the phone & talk to someone in about 5 minutes. I've never been on hold very long if I've been waiting in the queue.

They did call back again about 1/2 an hour later. I always wait on the line unless it's a long wait. i'll have to call their nbluff next time.
 
I have been called back a second time. There have also been times where I have been on hold 30 minutes, so the call back is a great option for me.
