Who Will We Meet in Miami Beach on Our Upcoming Vacation?

I'm going! Taking my hubby on his first PC vacation (took gift certs previous years, took my daughter to San Fran and took the gift cert the year after).

Just wondering who we (hubby and I) will meet in Miami Beach on Apri 5-8, 2009??? Are you going?

I was bummed mid year- I had moved in Feb, so that really upset my apple cart. I had always earned the top trip, and knew it would be difficult. About a month ago, I realized WOW it is possible... And I did it!!!!!!

You'll get to meet him this time Deb! I think he's getting excited...this morning he said, "all expenses? Plus airfare?" Yep!!! There was a great article about the Fontainebleau in our local newspaper on Sunday...I'll have him read it tonight. Of course, Robyn's bummed she's not making this trip...taking 4 AP (Advanced Placement) classes...can't miss school. That's okay with her since the DisneyWorld trip in on her birthday!

Hey Deb, Nancy, Sue, Doreen and Linda ~ looks like we need to have a Chef Success reunion in Miami Beach...since no more Leadership after Denver . That's one thing I'll miss with Leadership. If you're not in the same NC wave, at least we got to see each other at Leadership. Anyone else coming along?

I made it!! This is my first PC trip! I'm excited. Ginny, if you can post the article I would like to read it. I am a little stumped as to what to do in Miami. We are not really South Beach people. So my DH and I will have to find other interesting things to do. I would like to take in some latin dancing while there.

If you ever go to DW or Disneyland on a birthday, go to guest services on him/her birthday and get a birthday pin. They (staff, characters, etc) will treat her EXTRA special!

WooHoo Chef Kearns! That's funny you mentioned posting the article. I thought I would type it up this week and post it. It mainly talked about the renovation of the hotel...sound incredible (of course, PC doesn't do it any other way!). Robert read it last night and now is REALLY excited to go!

:sing:I'll be there too! So excited. Kids are on spring break - dropping them at parents to enjoy a few days of alone time with DH, and then meeting up with them for a few extra days on the beach. The hotel is TOP of the line. Now I just have to stop eating to get into a bathing suit.:blushing:
