I had two members of my team go inactive May 1st. They both had registries. Since they went inactive, their registries rolled up to me. One was a no-contact registry, the other has contact info.

Any ideas of the best way to contact them & let them know _____ is no longer with the company and iwill now be taking care of them? I don't know if the couple is/was personal friends with the consultant or what. This consultant never returned my calls when she was active...

I would say something like "I am Suzy Consultant's director and she has had things in her life that have prevented her from concentrating on her Pampered Chef business at this time so I am now taking care of her registries. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Is there anything that I can help you with to enhance your registry? I provide ........ services to my brides. Have you thought about having a PC shower? ..." - Of course she is talking with you inbetween these comments.

Since the consultants haven't communicated with you, you don't really know for sure if they will reactivate or not so you shouldn't say that they are no longer selling (this could be her sister or best friend).

Once they go inactive the registry they lose the registry - it does not go back to her if she reactivates.
