The cards are from the bride's wish list and people can choose from them to purchase for the bride, along with purchasing items for themselves.

What you do is print them off, put the labels on cards, then when you hold a bridal shower you pull the cards for the products the bride wants and put them on a table, in a basket, some do them up as flowers in a flower pot. Then people at the shower take the card(s) for the products they are going to purchase for the bride which helps to prevent duplicates.

This is going to be a HUGE request, but could anyone convert all of those to .pdfs? I can't get the graphics to convert on my stupid computer (not that I'm bitter, 'cause I'm not...). I'd really appreciate it.

GREAT BIG THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Anyone out there willing to convert them? I'd do it myself if I knew how or had Adobe Acrobat to do it!

I don't know how or I would.....

WANTED: pdf expert!Just bumping this to see if anyone can transfer those files to pdfs! THANKS!

I would also really, really appreciate someone who can convert these to PDF.....

Thanks!:)

What size? What size cards did you use to print them out on???/ Business cards?

Ok, I'm updating all the files with correct pricing for S/S 07 as well as deleting discontinued products. When I'm done I'll post both the word & the PDF versions.

I'm not sure which labels we used for this. I think avery 8253 or 5163 will work but have not tested.

Ok, I've redone the labels, fixing pricing, incorrect item numbers, etc. I've also gone and deleted the previous files as they are no longer relevant.

I think these are for avery shipping labels 8253 or 5163 will work but have not tested. - you might want to print one and take it to the store to check against real labels.

These are used at bridal showers to make it easy for the guests to pick which things on the bride's wedding registry they want to buy for her. If your bride wants more than one of an item you may want to print 2 labels. Print off a hard copy of her wedding registry so you can cross things off as they are ordered for her at the shower & this will make it easy to go in and update the registry after the shower is submitted.

Below are pieces of advice others have given on how to use these and even a picture to help you "picture" it. (pun intended)

A picture from Sooner_PC/Shannon shower: http://www.chefsuccess.com/showthread.php?t=6124 for how they implemented these.

This was a great idea to put them on the shipping labels. I took the pictures along with the name and price and put them on pretty pastel cardstock( I cut and glued everyone). I then glue the individual cardstock on dowels. I then put the dowels in the green foam stuff (not sure what the name is) and put them in a pretty white basket. When the bride tells me what items she wants I make sure those are the product cardstock I have in the basket.

Then at the shower I pass around the basket and the guests just take the products (card stock and dowel) out of the basket and gives it to me at checkout. It works handy. I hope everyone understands this. Let me know if you have questions. Good Luck!

So this is what mine looks like. Mine are color coded as well... white = $0.00 - 20.00... silver = $20.01 - 50.00... pink = $50.01 - 100.00... and lavender = $100+.

cute ladies! I had my first shower last month and I special ordered red heart doilies (since that was the wedding color) and cut out all of her wishlist pasted them to each heart then hung them on a tree I have as a decoration in my house. I hung white x-mas lights at the base and everyone liked how it turned out. "The gift TREE" was cute to look at I think!

What I have done for over 5 years now is separate the cards into financial categories: $20 and under, $21-40, and $40+, then I purchased three VERY small baskets at the fabric store, and I put bridal tule bows on them. I have the baskets out and the guests pick a card from the category they plan on spending and then they just give it to me with their order. This way there are no duplicates and people can give what they feel they can afford, or go in with others, or whatever. I emphasize in my showers that they are helping the bride by not only purchasing gifts for her but by buyng things for their own kitchen, and ask them to give me the card they chose with the order for their kitchen. I then draft someone at the payment station to make a receipt for the bride with her gifts, and on their order I add what they bought for the bride and circle it, so they know what was theirs and what was hers.

When I do the wishlist I laminate mine on heart die cuts so they can be reused.
