Kitchen Diva said:Don't forget to share new and fun recipes! If it wasn't for that, I'd have no idea some nights, and yesterday Becky was my hero for coming up with our dinner idea!
Tonight I think we'll go out to eat- not sure where. DH is having a hard time with his inability to land a job, and I'm just tired. It's been hot here the past few days and will be hot again-
So I'll either bring home steaks, or we'll go out to eat...asparagus on the grill with some pancetta sounds good, as do steak fries with cheese and sour cream....
I guess I just talked myself into what we're having for supper! LOL
Later everyone!![]()

pamperedlinda said:We are in Colorado with the in-laws. Tonight it is dinner with MIL & FIL so I have no idea, it could be steaks on the grill or it could be something funky and weird in which case I'll have DH do a drive-by at Wendy's or Sonic on the way back to SIL's house.
cewcooks said:Yeah, I finally have my appetite back! It's pizza night at our house! Homemade style!
We are in Golden. It's DH's parent's 50th anniv.Jewel said:Where in Colorado are you?
I think I am making DH take me out! No kids for a month, I have cooked all week and no shows till Tues. And he is going fishing @ 5 in the morning. I deserve it!
You can prepare a variety of dishes on tonight's grilling menu, including marinated meats like chicken, steak, or pork, grilled vegetables, seafood, and even grilled fruits for dessert. The options are endless, and you can mix and match to suit your taste!
While basic grilling tools like tongs, a spatula, and a grill brush are essential, having additional tools such as skewers, a grill basket, or a meat thermometer can enhance your grilling experience. Pampered Chef offers a range of grilling tools that can help make the process easier and more enjoyable.
To ensure your grilled food is flavorful, marinate your proteins for a few hours before grilling, use dry rubs, or season generously with herbs and spices. Additionally, basting with sauces during grilling can add extra flavor. Don't forget to grill seasonal vegetables to complement your main dish!
Quick and easy sides to serve with grilled dishes include a fresh salad, grilled corn on the cob, or a simple pasta salad. You can also prepare a dipping sauce or a refreshing yogurt-based sauce to accompany your grilled meats and veggies.
Absolutely! Grilling desserts can add a unique twist to your meal. You can grill fruits like peaches, pineapples, or bananas and serve them with ice cream or yogurt. Grilled s'mores or even pound cake can also be delicious options to finish off your grilling menu!
