Um... that was my recipe. I have a jar of sauce from Trader Joe's, and I'm just going to pour it over some cooked chicken, onions and carrots, and serve it with rice and broccoli.DebbieSAChef said:ANN that sounds fantastic, General Tsao's is my hubby's favorite Chinese dining in cuisine!! We are actually having steak & chicken on the grill mashed potatoes and salad and my FAMOUS Garlic Bread
I still want to eat at Becky's though![]()
ChefBeckyD said:The Pork Tenderloin marinated overnight in a mixture of Zesty Italian Dressing, Honey, and fresh lime juice. This is soooo good!
The Sweet Potatoes..aahhhh! I washed them, pierced them with a fork, and put them in the DCB, put the lid on, and put them in the microwave on high for 20 minutes. 4 medium sweet potatoes. Then, I mix up a stick of softened butter w/ an equal amount of honey, and a couple shakes of cinnamon plus spice blend. I also added some finely chopped pecans, and some caramel sprinkles - wow, was that good!
My garlic bread is famous too - known nationwide as Schwans Garlic Bread!![]()

Tonight I think we are having leftovers. We had a huge family BQ yesturday, so there is chicken and salads left over so I think that is what we are having.
I can't wait for life to get back to normal (whatever that is)
I'm getting ready to go and prepare the chicken for our panini'schefann said:my dinner was yummy! Even the parrots liked it. (I figure brown rice and a little chicken are good for them.)
Some quick and easy dinner ideas include stir-fried vegetables with chicken, spaghetti with marinara sauce, or a simple taco night with pre-cooked meat and fresh toppings. Using tools like the Pampered Chef Quick Cooker can help speed up meal preparation.
You can use Pampered Chef tools like the Food Chopper for chopping vegetables quickly, the Rockcrok for stovetop-to-oven cooking, or the Microplane for grating cheese or zesting citrus. These tools can make meal prep faster and more efficient.
Healthy dinner options include grilled salmon with steamed broccoli, quinoa salad with mixed vegetables, or a vegetable stir-fry with tofu. Using the Pampered Chef Steamer can help retain nutrients while cooking your vegetables.
To plan a dinner menu for the week, start by selecting a theme for each night, such as Meatless Monday or Taco Tuesday. Then, list out recipes that fit those themes and make a shopping list. Utilizing Pampered Chef's recipe collection can provide inspiration and help streamline your planning process.
If you have unexpected guests, consider making a one-pot meal like chili or a pasta bake, which can be prepared quickly and served in larger quantities. Keep some staple ingredients on hand, such as canned beans, pasta, and frozen vegetables, to whip up a meal in no time. Pampered Chef's Deep Covered Baker is perfect for these situations.
