chefjeanine said:I'm a control freak. I want to make sure that either an answering machine has taken the call or someone answers who is able to take a message. I'm full-time with PC (and home to make the calls) so I can't really justify the expense. When I become a Director, I may revisit the situation.

It's best to send your post calls during the evening hours, typically between 7 PM and 9 PM, when most people are likely to be home and available to engage.
Weekdays, particularly Tuesday through Thursday, are often more effective for post calls as people are generally less busy compared to Mondays and Fridays.
Consider your target audience's schedule and habits. You can also experiment with different times and track engagement to find what works best for your specific group.
Yes, weekends can be a good time for post calls, especially on Saturday mornings or early afternoons when people might be more relaxed and open to conversation.
If you can't make calls during the suggested times, try to find alternative times that fit your schedule while still considering your audience's availability. Flexibility can lead to successful connections.
