Hello, I keep seeing references to a changeover kit. Is that something that is mailed to us automatically? After we receive the kit then we can place our order for the new paperwork and products? Thanks for helping.

You get a change over kit 2 times a year and in it are samples of any new/restyled brochures, 25 catalogs and a sample of each order form...you write in your free order forms on your next supply order. These are automatically shipped out and all we pay is shipping in a commission adjustment.
