relationship with your recruiter? It's not so much her but people in her circle who I don't like and I'm afraid that every fault and mistake I make will be known by everyone I'm not comfortable with or not friendly with (2 women really). Oh boy what a predicament for me.

Are you already a consultant?

You can go to your recruiters Director or above and request Hospitality. We had a consultant in our group have some major issues with her Director and requested hospitality.

I'd talk to your director about it if you can and they aren't friends. My recruiter had quite a few faults, but I still signed under her mainly because of my director who is an ED. Now a few years later, my recruiter has quit and is out of the picture.Remember, it is your business, your way. You can ask your director for hospitality too or rely on the training on Consultant's Corner and other things to keep you going.I'd even suggest talking to your recruiter about it, but that appears to be a step you wouldn't want to take.

Hi there,I understand your concerns about not having a good relationship with your recruiter. It can definitely be difficult to work with someone who is connected to people you don't get along with. However, I want to assure you that your recruiter is there to support you and help you succeed in your business. If you do make a mistake, it's important to remember that we all make them and it's not the end of the world. Your recruiter is there to help you learn and grow from those mistakes, not to judge you or share them with others. It's also important to communicate openly and honestly with your recruiter about any concerns or issues you may have. They can't help you if they don't know what's going on.In the end, your success as a Pampered Chef consultant is up to you. Don't let any external factors, such as your relationship with your recruiter or other people, hold you back. Stay focused on your goals and trust in your own abilities. I believe in you and I know you can overcome this predicament. Best of luck to you!Sincerely,
A fellow Pampered Chef consultant
