Hello and update.Hi I introduced myself in the new member section. My name is Shawn. I am a friend of Paiges. I joined your site to keep up to date with the latest happening with her. I have found more information here than living her in Grand Junction. I met Paige through Pampered Chef. I hosted one of her biggest parties. She really wanted me to join up under her knowing my passion for cooking. I wanted you to know I will be joining the search for her on Sat 7/14/2007 at 7 am. The Jennifer and Abby recovery search will be calling me with the location of the search efforts tomorrow. My heart goes out to her family. I am very thankful for the up dates from her brother that he leaves on this site. You are all so very supportive on this site. We are all so thankful to have Paige in our lives.

I agree I think that HO should have sent out an email to say a little prayer for her and her family. I have sent an email to all of my cluster and asked them to pass it on.

Think about it this way, IF Home office got involved and then the "consumer public" decided to take a negative spin on PC because of the over sensationalism of Her "supposed double life" it could not only affect PAMPERED CHEF INC it would ultimately affect EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US..........So maybe by them NOT getting involved they are Keeping EACH AND EVERYONE OF US EMPLOYED! I think that in it's self is HUGE on Corporates part ! It says to me that we care so much that we are going to protect not only our Missing Consultant but our 70,000 other consultants as well.........Just a thought...

Just to make it perfectly clear for the voyuers who are lurking...we are not employees of The Pampered Chef, nor is Paige.We are all independent contractors and, as such, all run our TPC businesses as just that, entreprenuereal businesses.

That might not have come out just right. ;) I knew exactly what you meant, and I agree with you. With all the lurkers of late, I just wanted to make it perfectly clear to them what our status is. We all know that, but they don't.Like the reporter who said Paige "won" trips from TPC when we all know that no one "wins" anything from TPC, everyone earns what they receive.
