What Benefits Do Hostesses Receive from Bookings?

I am starting my first month in July, and I just coached my first host. I was explaining everything to her and she ask me what benefit she gets for bookings. I could not find the info anywhere I was so embarrased. Is there a benefit? If there is not how do you get your hostess to get bookings for you?
I think there is so much to learn.

The benefit she gets from bookings is she can then go to that hosts party and buy the host bonus. It's a great deal. We used to give points-when we did points- for bookings. It really wasn't that big of a deal. For instance, if someone booked a party from her in August, she gets to buy the stainless steal bowl set at 60% off. What a bargain!!! Hope that helps.
