I am doing a fundraiser for my friend for the 3 Day Breast Cancer walk and was wondering if anyone had some suggestions for some good easy recipes for this. I am donating all the food and am going to make most of it ahead of time before the party. SHe is going to make Sangrias and she wants me to make the strawberry cheesecake trifle at the party. I was thinking mostly appetizers and desserts. I want to do maybe 4 altogether. It is an after work party on a weeknight, so I did not want it to be too lengthy. I was going to add some pink food coloring to the cheescake trifle to keep with the pink theme. Thanks in advance. My 90 days is up Oct 1st and I am loving Pampered Chef and loving that I can help my friend out with this party. I am 1300 away from 5,000 in sales, so I want this party to be a HUGE success!! THANKS. I love this website. <3

Frequently Asked Questions

What are some easy appetizer ideas for a breast cancer fundraiser?

Consider serving bite-sized appetizers like stuffed mushrooms, mini quiches, or vegetable skewers. These can be made in advance and are easy for guests to enjoy while mingling. You can also offer a cheese and charcuterie board with pink-themed items to align with the breast cancer awareness theme.

Can I create a themed dessert for the fundraiser?

Absolutely! Pink-themed desserts are a great way to celebrate the cause. Think about making strawberry shortcake, raspberry mousse cups, or pink frosted cupcakes. You can also use pink food coloring to create a festive look for cookies or cakes.

What drinks can I serve that fit the breast cancer awareness theme?

Serve pink drinks like strawberry lemonade, rosé wine, or a signature cocktail with pink grapefruit juice. For non-alcoholic options, consider pink smoothies or sparkling water with raspberries and lemon slices. These drinks can be both refreshing and visually appealing.

How can I incorporate Pampered Chef products into my fundraiser recipes?

Utilize Pampered Chef tools to make your cooking easier and more efficient. For example, use the Food Chopper for quick vegetable prep or the Mix 'N Chop for ground meats. You can also showcase the products during the event by demonstrating how they can be used to prepare your recipes.

What is a good way to present the food at the fundraiser?

Presentation is key! Use colorful platters and tiered stands to display your food attractively. Consider labeling each dish with a small sign that includes the recipe name and a brief description. Adding pink decorations, such as tablecloths or flowers, can enhance the festive atmosphere.
